What do I do if I don’t receive the receipt or if I lose it?

You can retrieve receipts for payments that have already been sent. You need to open the Deliveroo Rider app and:

  1. Go to ‘Earnings’
  2. Tap on ‘Previous payments’
  3. Select the relevant period for the document you need
  4. Tap on ‘View invoice PDF’ to download the PDF file
