What happens if the order I am collecting or delivering is canceled?

Starting from August 2021, upon the occurrence of canceled orders (regardless of the reason for the cancellation), an indemnity will be provided in the next payment, to the item “Modifiche ed Integrazioni”.

The indemnity will be 1€ (gross) and will be paid only if the order is canceled after at least 5 minutes from the assignment.

This type of indemnity is at the discretion of the company and may vary over time. It is not necessary to report it via Rider website.
