Documents issued will be considered accepted by the Rider unless they notify Deliveroo in writing of their disagreement within 30 calendar days from the date of issue of the relevant tax document. For any payment issues, you can always use the dedicated form by clicking here.
With third-party invoicing, the rider remains responsible for any errors or inaccuracies as they are still accountable for their own tax obligations. Therefore, remember to contact us for any changes to your tax details.
