How can I request the replacement of a damaged item?
It is possible to replace some items of your Kit (high visibility jacket, large or small thermal bag, backpack and helmet) in case it’s damaged .
To make the replacement it is not necessary to return the item to be replaced, but we ask you to fill in this form attaching a photo in which the damage or defect of the item is clearly visible, your name, your Rider ID and the current date.
